Have you ever had a pen pal? Truly, it’s the best. There’s really no better feeling or better way to brighten your day than getting a letter. Especially when it’s a letter from your Camp Fire pen pal!

We teamed up with Camp Fire Gulf Winds and did a Pen Pal activity with our youth during Winter Break Camp. They got into “Pen Pal Pairs” and started to form connections with their buddy over 4,400 miles away.

We thought this was a super cool way to not only build a beautiful new friendship for the youth that attend our program, but to give them the opportunity to broaden their perspective and share about themselves with someone who may be completely different from them.
