School Year Rates as of January 1, 2020

Registration is done online. If you have questions, contact our office at 279-3551 Monday-Friday, from 8 am – 5 pm.

There are two monthly enrollment options:
Part Time (0-10 days per month)
Full Time (11+ days per month)

Please note that in-service, conference and early release days have an additional fee and registration process.

Eagle River Enrollment PlanBefore and After SchoolAfter School OnlyBefore School Only

Annual Registration Fee per child = $50 one-time fee covers all programs.
Deposit = $35 per session/per child, credited to session cost
In-Service Days = $55/day
Emergency School Closure Days = $55/day
Winter and Spring Break = $55/day
Early Release and Parent/Teacher Conference Days = $30/day


  • Registration is done online. There is a computer available in our office.
  • If you encounter a message that the program you are registering for is full, we recommend you add your name to the waitlist when prompted. We routinely pull names from our waitlist as space becomes available.
  • Deadline for changes to enrollment is due in writing by the 15th of month prior to month of change.  Additional change fees may apply after the 15th.
  • Copy of current immunization and physical is due prior to attendance.
  • Under state regulations, childcare assistance will only pay for days your child actually attends Camp Fire. You are personally responsible for all fees assistance does not cover.
  • Camp Fire does not have hourly or daily rates and does not prorate enrollment plans.
  • Camp Fire is an equal opportunity provider.
