Rachael was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Having passions for the arts and service from a young age, she decided to study theatre at a social justice based University. She received a BFA in Musical Theatre from Roosevelt University’s Chicago College of Performing Arts and has continued on to work professionally as an actor, casting director and teacher post-graduation. She joined Camp Fire Alaska as an Americorps VISTA for a year and stayed on to work in the Marketing Department. Rachael also teaches acting locally at Alaska Theatre of Youth and her private studio, Arctic Arts, on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. She spends most of her free time traveling the world, running, doing stand up open mics, backpacking, thrifting, and spending time with her husband and her two huskies.
