The Wells Fargo Community Room

The Wells Fargo Community Room is available for use to non-profit organizations and community partners when not in use by Camp Fire.

It is a large, bright and welcoming room that can be set up for meetings, conferences, work groups and training sessions as needed.

Camp Fire will give priority use  to nonprofit and civic organizations.  The facility is not available for activities that advance a particular religious doctrine or partisan politics, and requests by for-profit organizations will be reviewed and decided on a case-by- case basis.

The room can hold up to 110 people and  is available between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. A usage fee of $100 for a full day and $50 per half day (up to 5 hours) is required.                          

There are no food storage or preparation facilities available but users are welcome to bring refreshments or have catered services.  A coffee pot is available, but users must provide all other food related supplies:  coffee, tea bags, sugar, creamer, plates, utensils, cups, etc.
