Registration and Fees

  • Camp Fire accepts children on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • All registration is done online and there is a computer in the main office for parent use.
  • A copy of current physical, medical exemption or proof of appointment is due for all new participants prior to attendance. Physicals must be dated within 11 months of the first day of attendance to program.
  • A copy of current immunization record or exemption form for all new participants is due prior to attendance.

Camp Fire requires payment of two non-refundable and non-transferable  fees: a $50 per child registration fee for the year (renews with summer registration each year), and a $25 per child deposit for each program you register for ($25 per family for Before and After School Program and Summer Adventure Program). The deposit will be credited to your account on your first bill.

NEW: Beginning with Fall 2015, our fee structure has been simplified to better meet most families’ needs. There are now just TWO MONTHLY OPTIONS to choose from: part time (0-10 days per month) or full time (11+ days per month):

Please note: Our registration system calculates fees based on calendar months and does not automatically pro-rate fees. If you are registering mid-month or later, your fees may need to be adjusted by our accounting staff after you complete the online registration process, or you may need to request an alteration to your registration plan choice. Our office staff can explain this in more detail. Please contact them at 279-3551 with questions.

Important Notice
-Parents are required to pre-register for all half- and full-day Camp Fire programs, using our online registration system.
– You must register at least two working days prior to the day of service.
– Due to pre-determined staffing levels, non-registered children may be turned away at the door.
-The cost for these days is NOT included in any enrollment plans, so additional fees will be incurred. (This includes schools with regular half-day schedules.)
– Our normal policy for changes to registration will apply to half- and full-day care as well, so any changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing, at least one week before the end of the month before service will be provided, or the full charge will be assessed.
