Since 1960, Camp Fire USA Alaska Council has been providing youth with opportunities to have fun, make new friends, gain self confidence and explore the natural world around them through an array of exciting summer programs.

2008 Summer Programs...
Camp Kushtaka
Overnight Camp on Kenai Lake for youth ages 7 - 18.
Camp Si-La-Meo
Day Camp in Anchorage for youth ages 4 - 13.
Summer Adventure Program
Full-day licensed school age child care for 1-7 graders located in elementary schools.

 

 


 Summer Adventure Program
Licensed Child Care  

Whether they’re out hiking a local trail, turning a potter’s wheel, swimming, helping out in their communities or simply playing on the playground; kids enrolled in the Summer Adventure Program will have opportunities to master new skills, build friendships and have a fantastic summer. These licensed school age child care programs are conveniently located in elementary schools throughout Anchorage, Eagle River and Fairbanks and offer parents the greatest flexibility for scheduling – register for as little as one day or for the entire summer.

Summer 2008 school locations will be determined in April, but they are generally located in East, South, Southwest, Midtown and West Anchorage as well as Eagle River and Fairbanks. Check the Camp Fire website for the latest information.


Cost is $35 per day or $165 per week.
